For campers who would like some financial support, they may opt for a $40 subsidy on the registration form. Alternatively, they may also indicate that they would like further support, and the committee will get in touch with more information.
5. Is transport arranged for me? Will I have to pay an additional fee?
The camp committee will be arranging transport for all who sign up for camp at no additional charge.
6. If I arrange for my own meals/lodging, or if I only attend half of the camp, can I get a discount on my camp fee?
All camp fees are standardised and there are no lower rates for those who do not attend camp in its entirety. We encourage everyone to enjoy the fellowship during mealtimes and as we reside in close proximity throughout the course of the camp.
7. What form of payment is accepted?
We will be accepting payment via PayNow only.
After submitting the registration form, an email will be sent to you/your group’s nominated point-of-contact within 7 days. This email will include payment instructions as well as an invoice number. You will be required to reference your invoice number during payment.
Payment for campers belonging to the same group should be completed in one single transaction.
8. Is there an option for a triple sharing room (3 adults)?
Unfortunately, this option is unavailable due to hotel constraints. However if there is a need, please reach out to us and we will see how we can help.
9. I do not have a roommate but wish to opt for a twin room. Is this possible?
You may register as a single camper and opt for a twin room on the registration form. You will be paired with another single camper of the same gender by the camp committee.
