WHO WE ARE
Centre of New Life Schoolhouse is a faith-based boutique child care and student care, a partner centre of Little Olive Tree registered with Singapore's Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) and under the alliance of Christian Preschools. Over the past 15 years, the Schoolhouse has imparted Christian values to generations of children (2 months - 14 years old) through a creative and holistic teaching methodology.

Our Curriculum
It is important for our children to have a robust Christian Education so that they have a strong biblical foundation for faith-life integration and worldview formation. We teach them Christian principles and values so that they can live their lives to the fullest in Christ.
Centre of New Life Schoolhouse leverages well-recognised pedagogies to deliver a robust Christian Education programme. Our curriculum includes:
The ‘Key to Learning’ programme to develop a child’s cognitive, communicative and self-regulative abilities;
The ‘Code Cracker’ technique to build phonics foundation and reading fluency
Bible stories in Chinese to build bilingualism and shape morals and virtue
An early childhood S.T.E.A.M. education with fundamental Math & Science, Art & Music, and Outdoor Experiential learning components
INFANT CARE, Playgroup & NURSERY 1-2
(2MONTHS - 4 YEARS)
We give our little ones a robust education by providing them with a nurturing environment to enjoy God’s grace and gain true Christian principles and values.
KINDERGARTEN 1 - 2
(5 - 6 years)
We provide our children with a strong biblical foundation by reminding them of their purposes in this world, so that they can live their lives to the fullest in Christ.

STUDENT CARE
position:
CENTRE SUPERVISOR
Main Responsibilities
• Manage overall planning, daily operations & staffing of the centre and provide the necessary support and guidance to the SCC coaches.
• To liaise with the SCC Coaches & work closely with our curriculum & enrichment partners to provide the necessary support and feedback.
• Attend to Student-Parent matters with regards to activities, policies, enrolment, student’s academic and behavioural attitudes and achievements
• To motivate and work with the team towards achieving excellence and to meet centre target(s) and key performance indicators.
• Supervise activities to achieve developmental objectives. Daily administration - attendance, grade records, health and safety, etc.
Academic Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Any Discipline from accredited institution
• Candidates who possess Diploma in Care and Programme from Ngee Ann Poly will be given priority for consideration
• Candidate MUST also possess at least one (1) year of relevant working and supervisory experience in managing a Student Care Centre, Childcare Centre, or Kindergarten

STUDENT CARE COACH (FT/PT)
Main Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver lessons
• Coach, supervise and ensure completion of daily school homework
• Conduct practices and tests for spelling (English and Mother tongue)
• Ensure safe and timely transfer of students from school to student centre, including pick-ups from nearby schools
• Monitor and track the progress of students
• Engage and provide regular update to parents and/or guardians on students’ progress and behaviour
• Mark students’ work
• Perform administrative duties and ensure upkeep of centre premises
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Centre Supervisor
Academic Requirements:
• Diploma / WSQ Student-Care Certified
• Familiar with MOE syllabus or have prior working experience as a tutor/teacher
• Able to communicate effectively in English and one other mother tongue language
• Able to coach primary school level academic subjects
• Passionate and enjoy working with young children
• Outgoing personality and pleasant disposition
• Possess excellent work ethics and integrity
Working Hours
Full Time - Monday to Friday (1130am to 8pm during school term; 8.5hrs shift work 7am-8pm during school holidays)
Part Time - Monday to Friday (1pm to 6pm)

Main Responsibilities
• Assist to deliver lessons
• Assist to coach, supervise and ensure completion of daily school homework
